The Obsidian Series

The Obsidian Series brings sharp edges and angles to exotic materials. Inspired by the obsidian arrowheads found across the Americas, every ring has organic facets making each ring one-of-a-kind. This series features some of our most popular materials like meteorite, carbon fiber, and mokume gane.

Every ring is designed to mimic the organic facets found on ancient arrowheads. Ancient arrowheads get the facets from natural shattering which highlights the need for every ring to consist of unique patterns laid out organically. Every ring in this series is hand sanded in Salt Lake City, Utah without the use of any jigs or patterns. This ensures that no two rings are ever alike.

Each Obsidian Series Rings starts as a solid piece of material whether its meteorite that is billions of years old or aerospace grade carbon fiber. Once it's cut to size a trained artisan hand facets each ring. This ensures that there is an organic beauty and helps avoid creating synthetic symmetry.
