All Patrick Adair Designs products are handmade, made to order. Our production timelines vary for each ring based on many things including but not limited to - material availability, labor availability, and order volume. Furthermore, our production timelines are merely estimates and are not guarantees. We will do our absolute best to get your order shipped within our current estimated timelines but by placing an order, you are acknowledging production delays may occur due to the things listed above. We will do our best to notify you if any delays do occur. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order or are needing your order sooner than the current estimated timeline (i.e. for a wedding), email us at support@patrickadairdesigns.com

Current Lead Times

Below are our current lead times for all of our rings, grouped by ring type/material. Some rings are on a different lead time and will be listed separately. If you are unsure of what section your ring belongs to, refer to the "Delivery" section of the specific product listing.

Glowstone rings are currently taking approx. 2-4 weeks to ship from the date your order is received.

If you select the "Unsure - Send Ring Sizer First" size option or purchase a Cremation Ring, this timeline does not start until we receive your size/cremated remains from you.

  • Custom Meteorite Glowstone Ring: 4-6weeks
  • Solid Gold and Shredded Cash Glowstone Ring: 4-6 weeks
  • The Serpent Damascus Steel Glowstone Ring: 6-8 weeks

Most rings containing solid gold is currently taking approx 4-6 weeks to ship.

All pendants are handmade in batches with differing timelines based on material (excluding Glowstone pendants, which are made to order). Since they are made in batches, most pendants are in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 business days. Please refer to the Shipping Information Tab on the product page of each pendant to see specifics.

We send out our ring sizers through the mail via USPS, which doesn’t provide tracking information. Typically, you’ll receive your sizer 1-2 weeks from your order date. Once you receive the sizer in the mail, please email support@patrickadairdesigns.com with your size and we will move your order into our production queue.

If you do not receive your sizer 2 weeks after your order date, please contact us and we will get you a new sizer sent ASAP.

USPS First Class (3-5 business days once shipped): FREE

International Orders

All international orders are shipped through DHL Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Rates are location based. You can estimate the cost of shipping by entering your mailing address in the checkout phase. 

All orders with order value greater than $700 ship for FREE with DHL Worldwide Express.
