While many of our rings are eligible for a free size exchange, our custom rings aren't eligible. Each handcrafted piece is made according to your exact specifications. This is why finding your ring size right the first time is imperative. Thankfully, there are a few ways to get your finger sized, and most are cheap and affordable.
1. Use a small strip of paper or string, wrap it around your finger, and mark where the paper or string overlaps. Measure this length with a ruler and refer to a sizing chart to get your US ring size.
2. Go to your local jeweler and have them measure your finger. The majority of jewelers are more than happy to measure your ring size for free. If you live in another country, different sizing charts can easily find your equivalent US size.
3. One of the most accurate and convenient methods of measuring your finger is with our own ring sizer. Using a physical ring sizer is easy to use with a very low margin of error.
Our ring sizer is supposed to give you an accurate ring size, but there are a lot of other things that could make you get the wrong size. People making mistakes, the time of day, and the weather are just a few examples. When you buy a ring sizer from us or try to use any of the other above methods, we suggest measuring yourself a few times a day at different times to get your most comfortable fit.
