After the checkout process has finished, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What Happens if my Scheduled Monthly Payment Fails?
Your payment will be automatically rescheduled up to 2 times. You will be notified by email when a payment fails, along with the reschedule date.
Can I Make My Monthly Payments Early?
Yes, inside the customer Partial.ly portal, you will see a 'make payment' link by the plan. Be sure to select 'Pay my next installment now, leaving my remaining payments unchanged'.
Can I cancel the plan and get a refund?
If your order has not been shipped yet, it is eligible for a cancellation/refund. If your order has already been delivered, you can still return eligible items within the our return window. Check out our returns policy for more details.
