0% Interest Financing FAQs
Just add any product to your cart and hit the "Finance with 0% Interest" button at checkout. You will then be redirected to the Partial.ly portal to create/log-in to your account to finish the checkout process.
After the checkout process has finished, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Our 0% Financing Program works alongside Partial.ly to deliver an interest free program where you can customize your initial down payment anywhere from 3% to 50% of the total order value. You can also customize the number of monthly payments from 2-6 as well as your first payment date.
Monthly Payments are automatically charged by Partial.ly to the original card on file.

From here, you can add/update your payment method.
Your payment will be automatically rescheduled up to 2 times. You will be notified by email when a payment fails, along with the reschedule date.
Yes, inside the customerPartial.lyportal, you will see a 'make payment' link by the plan. Be sure to select 'Pay my next installment now, leaving my remaining payments unchanged'.
If your order has not been shipped yet, it is eligible for a cancellation/refund. If your order has already been delivered, you can still return eligible items within the our return window. Check out our returns policy for more details.
