Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one, your order is still in production.

All orders are handmade, made to order. Most orders will ship in 2-4 weeks. Check our Shipping Information Page for up to date production estimates.

Contact us ASAP via email. If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. Once it's with the carrier, we can't reroute shipments.

Tracking can take a few days to update after your shipping confirmation. We practice zone skipping, meaning we truck orders to a central distribution hub (e.g., a larger facility in Texas) to speed up delivery. So if your tracking doesn't immediately scan in, don't worry your package is moving on time!

We offer free ring sizers shipped directly to you through the "Unsure - Send Ring Sizer First" Size option available on every single ring's product page. You can also use our Ring Sizing Guide to measure at home.

If you've placed an order with "Unsure - Send Ring Sizer First", your ring sizer will be sent to you through the mail and delivered within 5-7 days. Once you find your size, you can tell us your order # and size by emailing us at support@patrickadairdesigns.com

We offer one free size exchange for all non-custom rings. Don't hestitate to contact us if you order the wrong size and we will happily figure out the best solution for your case.

All of our rings are handcrafted by skilled artisans, so slight variations are a natural part of the process. These differences make each piece unique and one of a kind. If your ring looks significantly different than expected, please reach out with photos and your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Our glowstone rings incorporate strontium aluminate glow powder. In order for the ring to glow, it must be exposed to a strong enough UV light source (direct sunlight, UV flashlight) and then taken immediately into a dark environment.

Darker daytime colors will glow less bright and certain glow colors will glow brighter than others (Green, Aqua).

All of our rings are extremely durable, but like with any product, will require care to ensure a long lasting lifecycle. All of our products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty Policy. In the event anything happens to your ring, please reach out to us to see if it can be repaired or replaced.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to create mockups for our Custom Glowstone Rings. However, if you provide details about the kind of design, inlay materials, and color you had in mind, I’ll do my best to find similar examples and some feedback on the design itself.

All of our meteorite pieces are crafted using authentic, genuine meteorite. Because this material is extremely rare, we source from a select group of trusted suppliers. Our preferred material is Muonionalusta meteorite whenever available.
