Our new Prehistoric special edition glowstone ring features an inlay made of meteorite and dinosaur bone. These materials predate history. The dinosaur bone and meteorite both are millenniums old. Our meteorite spent thousands of years cooling in space before it crashed into Northern Scandinavia. There it laid dormant for hundreds of thousands of years before the first fragment was found in 1906. Our dinosaur fossils are from a similar scenario. The last of the non-avian dinosaurs went extinct approximately 65 million years ago. The deep red of the dinosaur and metallic brilliance of the meteorite are accented by the purple backdrop of glowstone. The purple, which glows aqua, provides a stark contrast allowing the prehistoric materials in the inlay an opportunity to stand out. All of this is placed inside an 8 mm titanium band.
